There’s a lot going on, but rather than give you the blow by blow drama (some good, some not) I’d rather talk about our trip to Shanty Creek.
We drove up to see what our favorite swimming hole looks like in the Spring. We’ve had a lot of rain, so there was still snow in the higher elevations.
Train Boy was fascinated by the shale rock he found.
And while I was there, I made a video of the water. It’s a little blurrier than I like, but here it is.

Yeah, I’m not sure why. It was my cell phone video option so maybe it was something with that.
I love swimming in rivers and creeks. I can’t wait until it is warm enough 🙂 Though, about a month into it, I’ll be wishing for cooler temps. I’m a tough one to please. The pics are beautiful and I wish the video had been clearer. Your boys sound like they are excited to get in there 🙂
