Thirteen T.V. Shows I’ve Watched This Week

It’s fall premiere week, so there’s been a plethora of good T.V. shows to help me avoid edits.
1. Three Sheets
Yes, we all know I’m in love with Zane Lamprey. The sad thing is that I’ve watched most of the episodes available. I may have to start *gasp* rewatching old ones. *sob*.
2. Warehouse 13
I love this show. It’s brilliant.
3. Hell’s Kitchen
I love it when Chef Ramsey gets all mad.
4. The Forgotten
A complete surprise. Christian Slater is awesome in this. GREAT premise and fantastic execution.
5. Castle
I blame Twitter for this one. Everyone kept talking about it and I had to check it out.
6. Fringe
This one I couldn’t WAIT for the new season. It ended on a cliff hanger last year and then started with a bang this year. Awesome show.
7. Defying Gravity
This was another surprise. I’ve actually become a big fan of this show.
8. The Good Wife
I hadn’t planned on watching this one, but I was avoiding edits…so I did. And it was a great show! I love the way the writers presented this.
9. Survivor Samoa
my guilty little secret. I hate admitting I watch this one. But I do.
10. The Universe A little non-fiction to cleanse the palate.
11. Top Chef Las Vegas
This one I watched on the real T.V. (not my computer). I love Top Chef.
12. NCIS: LA
What could be better than a super secret NCIS? Chris O’Donnel as a cold hearted (but really not) orphan. Love this show.
and finally 13. NCIS My Ziva, Gibbs, Abby, Tony, Mcgee. *happy sigh* AND the season opener is KICK ASS!!!!!

There. Thirteen ways I have avoided edits this week. Of course that means today I have to put my nose to the grindstone and get them done. No fun for me.

Oh my, I’ll be haunting hulu now to check out some of these. The Castle, I’ve heard a lot of people talking about it.

    Happy T13

  2. The only one on your list I watch is Hell’s Kitchen. I refuse to get hooked on night time shows. I’d never get anything done lol
    Happy T13!

  3. I love NCIS! 🙂 And I’ve always had a crush on Chris O’Donnell. He is such a cutie pie. 😉 Happy Thursday Jen!

  4. Hehe, another alien stolen Hulu brain. lol.
I love Hulu, too. I missed some of The Dresden Files when it aired oh so briefly on SCIFI channel, so I went back and watched those.

I really loved that show and sure wish they hadn’t canceled it. Grrr.

My own T13 is up over at the MMC blog:

It’s on Rock N Roll Heaven. Features some cool You Tube vids I managed to scrounge up.

  5. The only one of those I’ve ever seen is Castle. I miss a lot, living out of the country… 😉

    Happy TT!
    Ciao for now!

  6. Great idea for a TT! We watch Castle and Survor Samoa, too! Love Nathan Fillion!

    *hugs*

  7. hulu is so dangerous. lol

I’ve been glued to CSI premiers this week. LV tonight!

  8. Sophia Parkwood

I haven’t seen any of these but I have also heard the buzz about Castle. I guess I’ll have to check it out. Happy Thursday!

  9. I don’t watch tv or Hulu but I avoid edits as well.

  10. Wow, someone else loves Warehouse 13! Was completely shocked by the end of the season finale. I knew the infiltrator couldn’t be Claudia, but was definitely not expecting who it was. So glad SyFy repeats episodes–I had to tape the 10pm airing to watch the next day as it was originally on opp NCIS:LA.

So far I’ve watched the NCIS, NCIS:LA, Criminal Minds and House season premieres. Now looking forward to Friday night (and three more premieres, LOL) on CBS.

Another Warehouse 13 addict! I wasn’t shocked at who the infiltrator was. I was expecting that. But I was shocked at what else happened. (I’m being circumspect in case someone hasn’t seen it.)

  11. My deep, dark secret: I never watch TV. Or TV shows in any other way.

OK, I lie. I do. Like once a month at 2 am when I’m suffering from insomnia. And then I always end up watching NCIS, so I’m totally with you on that love!

  12. For the past few years, I haven’t watched much TV, but when I did, I totally dug NCIS.

Did you see the announcement from that channel with the new name I will not type? Warehouse 13 is their most successful show ever. Amazing considering BSG.

  13. I haven’t seen a single one of these yet. At this rate, I might never.

  14. ‘there’s been a plethora of good T.V. shows to help me avoid edits’ – LOL!

    I can’t say as I enjoy Chef Ramsey. If there’s one thing I can’t stand, it’s a grown man having a 5-year-old temper tantrum.

  15. Oh I am so out of the loop. I haven’t seen a single one of these shows. Sigh.

  16. I LOVE Defying Gravity, but it appears they were just doing some teaser and now it’s gone somewhere into deep space and I am very upset.

Survivor … I haven’t missed a season. But this season is full of whiners and annoying idiots. I’m not sure I’m going to be able to continue to watch. Plus, I like the lady cop they just booted off. Idiots.

  17. Julie Hurwitz

I love both NCIS’s. Anything with Mark Harmon or Chris O’Donnell is a winner in my book.

I loved the NCIS season opener. It was a great way to set the stage about who each character was, to draw in new viewers so they’ll feel up to speed with the characters.

  18. Awesome post Jennifer!

I love Fringe, NCIS (both), Castle, and Warehouse 13. As for Defying Gravity, I totally agree…the show (I’ve seen it from Day 1), didn’t seem like it would be great…but it hooked me, and I look forward to each week. CBS and ABC have REALLY had a great week/month of Premiers.

Check out both NCIS: LA posts below:

NCIS Los Angeles Season 1 Episode 1: Identity

    Thanks!

  19. You should watch Supernatural, it`s awsome!
