It’s my birthday tomorrow and I’ve already started celebrating. WOOOT!!!

And had a blast. Come on. All you can drink beer, boys with beer googles and women with nice racks? What’s not to like?

My mom bought me some new things and I love them.

5. New Books
I bought Josh Lanyon’s “Out of the Blue” for my birthday. My MIL sent me “Seduction” a collection of short stories from Black Lace (swoon) and “A Presumption of Death” by Dorothy L. Sayers/Jill Paton Walsh.
6 New Music
My MIL also sent me Arvo Part’s new one and Robert Cray’s new one! WOOOOOOT!!!

    Happy birthday.

Of course I wanna know about the food – homemade salsa? I’ve been looking for a recipe. I just got some really great tomatoes yesterday. And what kind of cake?

I’ve got two salsa recipes, Danie. I think if you click on “Redneck Salsa” on the tags, one of my old posts should come up and it’s got one of the recipes.

Oh, I always forget. Fort Bragg, California. Little coastal town where I’ve spent some fun times. The Redneck worked there off and on building/retrofitting several bridges there. We’ve grown to love the place.

  5. Have a wonderful birthday, Jen!
